In Asia, Africa, and the Americas, including American Indian communities in the United States, Seva works to prevent and treat blindness, and train surgeons and healthcare workers.

Through forging of local partnerships and training of local people to provide quality, affordable and sustainable eye care in their own communities, Seva-supported programs will continue long after Seva is gone.
